- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in a forfeit of the class payment.

- No credits, refunds, or make-up sessions will be provided for late cancellations or no shows, except under exceptional circumstances approved by the Academy Director.

- This policy ensures fairness to all athletes and allows our coaches to plan sessions effectively.

- Exemptions with a valid medical certificate.

- Athletes may reschedule or move to another class day only if there are available spots when rescheduling date is done within 24 hours notice.

- All changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance via the Acuity Scheduling system or by contacting the academy directly.

- If no suitable alternative class is available, the missed session will be forfeited.

- Your booking confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

- Consistent attendance is expected to maintain training continuity and development progress.

- Elite Athlete Academy reserves the right to amend session times or availability with reasonable notice.

- By enrolling with Elite Athlete Academy, athletes and parents/guardians consent to the use of photos and videos taken during training and academy events for marketing and promotional purposes (including social media and website content).

- Elite Athlete Academy will always act with professionalism and respect, and no personal identifying information (such as full names) will be published without prior consent.

- If an athlete or parent/guardian wishes to opt out of media usage, written notification must be provided to the Academy prior to participation.

- It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the payment date.

- Failure to cancel your subscription will result in an auto-debit and provide you with a recurring training pass.

- If you fail to cancel your subscription before the payment date and wish to be refunded - you'll be gifted a coupon code to use later at your discretion.

- You must schedule your classes through Acuity - eliteathleteacademy.com.au/book

- Packs will expire after 365 days.
